Our terms and conditions apply to all online conditions of sale from our web site. The terms are set out below. Read them before ordering. You may wish to print a copy for future reference. Other terms and conditions on our site such as our privacy policy should also be read as part of this agreement. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when purchasing.

Beltin Accessories reserve the right to refuse access to the web site, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

2. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second to provide you with the best possible service.

It is our policy not to e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent and we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• credit/debit card details (we never store credit card information for more than 28 days)

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Any personal information we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

3. Access to the Beltin' Buckles web site
We will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that availability of the web site will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet and the World Wide Web, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the web site may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

4. Licence for web site access
Beltin' Buckles grant you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this web site, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of Beltin' Buckles. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this web site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this web site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This web site or any portion of this Web site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

5. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Beltin' Buckles, we will send you an E-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send E-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the confirmation of shipment to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as being shipped do not form part of that contract. Payment can be made by VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro, Solo or VISA Electron. Payments made by Debit or Credit card are processed at point of order at which point your card will be debited the for the full amount of the order.

6. Pricing
All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate, where applicable.

7. Stock
If for any reason, we have not delivered your order within 15 days, please contact us immediately.

8. Electronic communications
When you visit the Beltin Accessories website or send E-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We often communicate with you by E-mail or by posting notices on the web site. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our web site, policies, and these conditions of use at any time. You will be subject to the policies and conditions of use in force at the time that you use the web site or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

10. Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. If we are unable to fulfill your order within 30 days we will give you the choice to either cancel your order or wait for us to fulfill your order. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Scottish courts.

14. Your Right To Cancel
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by sending a letter to our postal address or by sending an e-mail to sales.admin@beltin.co.uk

15. Return of Goods
We feel you will be happy with the products you have ordered, however, in the event that you feel it is necessary to return the goods please contact us straight away and then return it to us within 7 days (unworn) with your order number & reason for return. You will need to pay the postage costs for the goods to come back to us. When returning goods via the post office, we recommend you use Recorded delivery.Providing the item arrives to us in good condition we can then credit your card with the amount you paid for the item. Any replacements can be ordered at any time by yourselves via our website sales.admin@beltin.co.uk.

All special order items cannot be returned for refunds so please make sure this is what you require before making your purchase.
Please note due to the bespoke nature of the ‘studded belts’ we supply, we can not issue refunds on any unwanted, non faulty items.

In the even unlikelier event that we have sent out an incorrect order we will offer you an exchange upon the return of the wrong product. We will refund the recorded postage costs you have made.

16. Deliveries
All Items are delivered via 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail Recorded Postal Service.
All deliveries will need to be signed for. When placing an order there will be an option to choose a different delivery address from your billing address if preferred.

Delivery times are approx 3-10 working days from order (stock products), special orders can take up to 28days.
If you haven’t received an order after 2 weeks then please contact us to let us know.
If your parcel arrives damaged please report it to us immediately. You should also report any damaged parcels to the carrier at the time of receipt. We are unable to issue a refund for any damaged product, or carriage charges for that product, if both of these procedures have not been followed.

17. Orders
It is important that before any belt is ordered you read our size guide carefully.
All orders arrive to you in either a presentation box or fabric gift bag depending on size of order.
Custom Made Belts:-Beltin' Buckles reserve the right not to produce any belt we deem in REALLY bad taste!
All special order items can not be returned for refunds so please make sure this is what you want before purchasing.
From time to time slight colours & details may vary which we are unaware of until the stock arrives, this is beyond our control.
